A request for quotation is completed in the Uplogiq platform by the buyer and sent to suppliers in less than three minutes. Suppliers submit their offers in the platform and a ranking is generated and viewed by vendors and buyer in real time. If changes occur in the first position of the ranking before the auction ends with the number of minutes selected, the auction will be extended with the selected time period, thus offering the possibility for the other suppliers to re-offer.
The buyer ensures in this way that in the moment of closing the auction has obtained the best price.
